But now 1998-1999 culture is considered “the 90sest part of the 90s”. Interesting how perspectives changed over time.I thought some of my fellow 90s kids might enjoy my Pepper Ann halloween costume. I feel like it was totally underrated and overshadowed by Recess (also good but still feel Pepper Ann didn’t get the attention it deserved)
