The game follows Harry Mason as he searches for his missing adopted daughter in the foggy fictional American town of Silent Hill, stumbling upon a cult. The game has 5 possible endings and still has many fans today. The Virtual Boy is a 32-bit tabletop portable video game console developed and manufactured by Nintendo. Released in 1995, it was marketed as the first console capable of displaying stereoscopic “3D” graphics. Unfortunately it did not do well commercially, but was a fun attempt at early VR for some. Celebrating New Years Eve by plugging in my recently re-discovered Super Nintendo. Amazingly, it still works! I’ve had this McDonald’s Tamagotchi keychain for almost 25 years 3 minutes of pure joy from Blink 182! The original was recorded in ’99, and would have qualified as 90s if it had been released just 3 weeks earlier. This wonderful cover was released during the height of lockdown, and while I was in hospital. NGL it made me so happy I was all choked up. Got a group of friends together 5 years ago to play Radiohead’s The Bends live in its entirety, to celebrate its 20th Anniversary. This felt like a good place for us to get some love!
