Anyone remember “Highlight’s Top Secret Adventure” ? – you would receive a monthly packet full of geography puzzles and info…you were a detective trying to stop bad guys. Such a fun thing during my childhood! Anyone else’s?
Does anyone remember Oceangram? When I was little and would wake up from a nightmare in the middle of the night, my mom would make me a bagel and let me sit in the computer room with her while she played solitaire and waited for the bottles to come in. It was so relaxing and fun.
Fun fact: The theme song “The Day I Fell in Love” (by James Ingram) was nominated for an Oscar in 1994 and a Grammy in 1995 (Best Original Song)
I remember the fun thing about these Hot Wheels sets was you could combine them and essentially make your own city.
Still quarantining and looking through some of my books and magazines I have saved. My ‘Seinfeld Forever’ edition TV Guide has been sealed in a ziploc bag since 1998. So much fun stuff in here.
Treasure mountain was one of my of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve had collecting items in games, Treasure Math Storm was so fun to actually get to play in school too!
